My story.
Hi, I'm Hedda Muskat Wess, founder of Above The Line Notarial Services. I'm a California background-screened, licensed, bonded and E &O insured Notary Public. I'm also a California licensed Real Estate Sales Person.
I was a court television producer, working on such shows as "Judge Alex", "Cristina's Court" & Judge Judy's "Hot Bench".
I won 2 Emmy's for my work as Civilian Producer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, booking real estate and business moguls, news breaking stories and entrepreneurs.
After my work at Ellen I was asked to launch the hit show "America's Got Talent" for Simon Cowell's company where I set up the entire nationwide casting search and talent dept.
I am a member of the Writer's Guild of America, West for my work writing on the dating show, "Love Connection".
As the creator of the Real Estate Infomercial format of the 90's, Hedda learned not only how to produce successful Direct Response programing but put those "no money down" teachings to the test. She learned what worked and what was misleading to the public. After buying her first house using a credit card advance for her down payment she is very transparent in sharing her real estate investment experiences. The bottom line: the infomercials are very misleading.
I was responsible for overseeing the signatures of all my guests on appearance releases and making sure they were who they said they were based on credible ID presented.

I made the decision to add California Notary Public to my skills.
My experience is personal. For over 25 years I lived the life of finding creative ways to structure loans, offers and sales, probates and fixers. I learned the hard way what it truly takes to get a loan, manage tenants, refinance, how to acquire title, power of attorney's, 1031 exchanges, and the importance of getting documents notarized properly.
Preserving the confidentiality of my clients, from A-List celebrities to Studio executives, to their elderly parents, college bound kids, adoptions, brings comfort to those I serve.
